As required by the Academic Board Terms of Reference (Section 5.2.1 b), reports on the following matters are provided for information to the Academic Board: a) academic appointments with tenure (pursuant to the Policy on Appointments and Remuneration); b) appointments of professors emeriti (pursuant to the Policy on Appointment of Professor Emeritus / Emerita Status); and c) individuals who are promoted (pursuant to the Policy and Procedures Governing Promotions).
