Rithik Sreekumar is an Engineering Science student and represents Constituency II of the professional faculties, on the Governing Council.

In addition to his governance work, Rithik is actively involved in engineering research at the intersection of artificial intelligence and materials science. As a Research Assistant in the Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering, he develops machine learning models to predict the performance of electromagnetic interference shielding materials, with a focus on advancing sustainable and high-performance engineering solutions.

His interests include higher education governance, public policy, artificial intelligence, engineering innovation, emerging technologies, and fitness.
