Raed Kadri
Raed Kadri is Head of the Ontario Vehicle Innovation Network (OVIN) and Vice-President of Strategic Initiatives and Business Development at the Ontario Centre of Innovation (OCI). In these roles, Mr. Kadri leads transformational initiatives across critical economic sectors, including automotive, mining, agri-food, advanced manufacturing, and life sciences, to enhance Ontario’s global industrial competitiveness.
A champion of industry and innovation, Mr. Kadri has extensive experience in empowering entrepreneurs, scaling Ontario-based companies, and fostering next-generation talent and technologies. He recognized for bringing together diverse stakeholders to coordinate resources and capabilities across the province to move innovation from the laboratory or manufacturing floor to the global marketplace.
Mr. Kadri holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc.) in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Windsor, a Master of Science (MSc.) in Industrial Engineering specializing in Lean Operations Management from Wayne State University in Michigan, USA and a Master of Science (MSc.) in Business and Management Research from Henley Business School in the UK. He also holds a Professional Engineering (P. Eng) license.
