- Chair’s Remarks
The Chair welcomed all members and invited Ms Cindy Ferencz-Hammond, Deputy Returning Officer, to provide an update on the ongoing governance nominations period. Ms Ferencz Hammond provided an overview of the available positions for Campus Council and its Committees, related deadlines and a report on the online nominations process.
- Agenda for the Meeting of the UTM Campus Council
The Committee discussed and approved the agenda for the UTM Campus Council meeting scheduled for January 26, 2021.

The report of the previous meeting was approved.
