Mitra is a fourth year student completing Biology Specialist and a Sociology Minor at UTM. Through her experience working with the UTMSU as Orientation and Volunteer Coordinator, she has gained an understanding of the importance of campus life, student voice and advocacy for students on campus. Her experience on campus has given her an understanding of campus and student needs. Mitra will serve a one-year term as a full-time undergraduate student member of the UTM Campus Council, from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
