As a staff member relatively early in my career, I am committed to supporting and improving the quality of student and campus life here at UTSC. I am keen to better understand and to be involved in the process of planning and priorities, and the use of campus resources, especially where relationships between units on the campus and relationships between the campus and the community at large are involved. We should always strive towards creating a dynamic and supportive environment for all members of the campus community.

Hello! My name is Monica, a Residence Life Coordinator at UTSC. In my role, I support students in the residence community by fostering meaningful connections and creating inclusive spaces. My time in Student Housing has given me a valuable understanding of the challenges/opportunities that students may encounter during their post-secondary studies and beyond. The goals of the Committee directly align with my own passion for enhancing the student experience at UTSC. Unique contributions I will bring are my 5+ years of experience supporting diverse student populations, proven leadership and people skills, and an unwavering commitment to learning and student success.
