- Denied an opportunity to rewrite the final exam.
- Not given an extension on an assignment.

Cases where a student is suspected of cheating in an academic situation.
- A student was given a letter with "charges" from Professor Heather Boon, Vice-Provost, Faculty & Academic Life.
- A student was told by an instructor that they believe they may have cheated.

Cases where a student is unhappy with the decision of the University Tribunal.
Non-Academic Discipline
Cases where a student is suspected of committing a non-academic offence, such as, but not limited to:
- Destroying university property.
- Being accused of stalking a fellow student.
