Please note that there is no charge for convocation tickets.
Spring 2024 Convocation ceremonies will be held in Convocation Hall from June 3 - 21, 2024. Please see ceremony dates for details as they become available.
The deadline to request name changes/corrections for the Spring 2024 Convocation period is April 23, 2024.
The Office of Convocation will begin sending information to potential graduates, including details regarding gown rental and ticket ordering, for the June 2024 Convocation in late March (late April for School of Graduate Studies students).
Attending the convocation ceremony is a simple two-step process. You will first need to arrange for Gown and Hood Rental. RSVP and guest ticket orders are the second step in the process. Please visit the Preparing for Graduation portion of this page to ensure that you have completed all of the steps necessary for a successful ceremony.
The RSVP function will only be active in ACORN as of April 30 at 10 AM.
Note: as e-tickets can only be ordered and printed through ACORN, graduating students must have ACORN access. ACORN access requires a valid UTORid as well as a valid UTmail email address. For best results, please use Google Chrome to access ACORN.

Graduated Recently?
If you did not attend Convocation, you may obtain your diploma in person at the Office of Convocation or you can arrange to have your diploma delivered.
