    THAT Subject to Executive Committee Confirmation of the New Degree in Bachelor of Computer Science,

    THAT the Specialist and Major programs in Computer Science, and the Specialist in Information Security, be repointed from the Honours Bachelor of Science degree to the Bachelor of Computer Science undergraduate degree, as detailed in the proposal dated April 7, 2026, effective September 1, 2027.
  4. Major Modification: New Freestanding Minor in Health, Environments, and Society, UTM* (for approval)

    Be It Resolved,


    THAT the Freestanding Minor in Health, Environments, and Society, in the Department of Geography, Geomatics and Environment, UTM, as detailed in the proposal dated April 9, 2026, be approved, effective September 1, 2026.

    THAT the revision to the UTM academic regulations concerning Degree Requirements, as detailed in the proposal dated April 3, 2026, be approved, effective September 1, 2026.
  7. Amendment to an Existing Academic Regulation: Re-marking Pieces of Term Work* (for approval)

    Be it Resolved,

    THAT the proposed changes to the UTM academic regulations concerning Re-marking Pieces of Term Work as detailed in the accompanying proposal dated March 30, 2026, be approved, effective September 1, 2026.

  8. Minor Modification: New Certificate in Economic Data Analytics (Category 2), Department of Economics, UTM* (for approval)

    Be It Resolved:

    THAT the Certificate in Economic Data Analytics (Category 2), Department of Economics, UTM as detailed in the proposal dated March 13, 2026, be approved, effective September 1, 2026.
