Asif is a Partner in the Risk Performance and Technology Advisory practice at Richter LLP. Asif has spent over 19 years working in industry and consulting, managing risk, and advising clients across various sectors. As a partner, Asif is responsible for practice strategy and accountable for the successful delivery of technology governance, cybersecurity, audit and compliance services for his clients.

 Asif also serves as the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Toronto Chapter President. As president, Asif leads the chapter strategy ensuring the chapter delivers value to its professional members and various industry sectors in the region.  In doing so, Asif takes a member-centric approach to implement initiatives and programs with an emphasis on continuous learning, workforce development, and building the professional community in the region. Asif has served in an advisory capacity for several College and University curricula related to the profession.

 Asif is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Data Privacy Solution Engineer (CDPSE), he received his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Toronto Mississauga, and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Queen’s University, Smith School of Business.
