Your Committee reports that it held a meeting on May 15, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. via a virtual meeting (Zoom), at which the following were present:

  1. Chair’s Remarks  

    The Chair welcomed members to the fifth meeting of the Agenda Committee for the academic year. He also noted the results of the recent by-election for the Administrative Staff seat on the UTSC Campus Council.
     
  2. Agenda for the Meeting of the UTSC Campus Council 

    The Committee discussed and approved the agenda for the UTSC Campus Council meeting scheduled for May 24, 2023. 
     
  3. Report of the Previous Meeting: Report 57 – February 27, 2023. 

    The report of the previous meeting was approved.  
     
  4. Date of Next Meeting – June 6, 2023, 3:10 p.m. (reserve date only)
     
  5. Other Business  

    There were no items of other business.
