This process covers workload complaints by members of the University of Toronto Faculty Association (UTFA).
The Workload Adjudicator reviews workload assignment disputes in the context of the requirements of the Workload Policy and Procedures for Faculty and Librarians (WLPP) and the relevant Unit Workload Policy that could not be resolved. The Workload Adjudicator makes a final and binding determination regarding the dispute and the appropriate remedy, if any.
