B.i.3(a) of Code – forged or falsified a document or academic record – Student knowingly circulated and made use of a forged or falsified degree certificate in an attempt to obtain employment – Agreed Statement of Facts (“ASF”) – Student pled guilty – Student requested the Tribunal proceed in his absence and waived right to any further notice of the proceedings – five-year suspension; recommendation to the President that the Student be expelled, as per s. C.ii(b)(i) of the Code; and a report to the Provost for a publication.
