Dr. Paul Tenenbein is a Neuro-Anesthesiologist with close to two decades of service at the Toronto Western Hospital of the University Health Network and is an assistant professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at the University of Toronto. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Tenenbein has extensive experience in senior leadership roles in negotiations and governance and Executive Education training in these fields from the Rotman School of Management, Schulich School of Business and Kellogg School of Management. He is a past chair of Ontario’s Anesthesiologists and a past Board Director of the Canadian Anesthesiologists Society.  Additionally, he was the Chair of Negotiations for the Ontario Medical Association where he led the first ever Canadian interest arbitration for a physician services agreement and successfully negotiated a successor agreement.  He also served on the Ontario Physician Services Committee and was co-chair of the Ontario Medical Services Appropriateness Working Group.  He is currently the CEO and Chair of the Mount Sinai Hospital, University Health Network Academic Medical Organization.
