Kevin Li
Kevin Li previously served on the University Senate, University Disciplinary Committee, and local disciplinary committees in the Faculties of Arts, and Science at the University of Manitoba. Current board positions include serving as the president of the 107-year old Winnipeg Music Festival, the largest classical music festival in Western Canada. To date, Mr. Li is the only individual to have served on each of these boards concurrently; he is also one of the youngest guest lecturers in the University of Manitoba’s history. Academically, Mr. Li has had the honour to have been awarded the University of Manitoba’s Retention and Isbister Scholarships for the highest academic standing in both the Faculty of Science and the University of Manitoba in 2021. Other achievements include two endorsements for the Rhodes’ Scholarship headed by the University of Oxford. Mr. Li holds an Associate Diploma (ARCT) in Piano Performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music and is always willing to share his appreciation for Classical Music as well!
