All part-time and full-time students registered at St. George campus for the 2026-27 Fall/Winter session are eligible to vote.
HOW DO I VOTE?
Voting will take place online from January 18, 2027 at 10:00 a.m. to January 22, 2027 at 5:00 p.m. The voting link will be made available on this webpage and will open on January 18, 2027 at 10:00 a.m.

WHAT DO I DO IF I OBSERVE A VIOLATION OF THE REGULATIONS OR HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT HOW THE REFERENDUM IS BEING CONDUCTED?
Please contact the Referendum Conduct Committee as soon as possible at ogc.rcc@utoronto.ca.
HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED IN CAMPAIGNING?
Official campaigning will be conducted by official "Yes" or "No" Committees that are acknowledged and approved by the RCC. The deadline to establish an official committee is November 6, 2026. After this date, no additional committees will be officially acknowledged by the RCC. Check back here for more information about the committees once campaigning begins.
Students and members of the University community who are not affiliated with an official campaign are free to express their individual views about the referendum.
WHAT IF I MISS THE VOTING DEADLINE OR WANT TO CHANGE MY VOTE?
The online ballot will close promptly on January 22, 2027 at 5:00 p.m. No late votes will be accepted and votes cannot be changed after your online ballot has been submitted.
WHEN WILL THE RESULTS BE ANNOUNCED?
The results will be announced on this website on January 29, 2027.
If there are any serious allegations of misconduct still pending on January 29th, the announcement of results may be delayed while the RCC reviews the allegation.
