I am an undergraduate student at the University of Toronto Mississauga with a strong interest in public policy, governance, and student advocacy. I have been actively involved in campus life, currently serving as a First-Year Representative with the UTMSU, where I work to represent student concerns and strengthen communication between students and student leadership. In addition to my elected role, I am involved in several student organizations, where I have focused on outreach, engagement, and building connections across different campus communities. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong understanding of how student organizations operate and how collaboration can be used to drive meaningful initiatives. I have also worked on a recent federal election campaign, where I gained hands-on experience in voter outreach, grassroots organizing, and community engagement. This experience led to an opportunity to intern with a Member of Parliament, where I have been involved in constituent-facing work and have gained insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of public service. My approach to leadership is grounded in accessibility, accountability, and ensuring that students feel heard in decision-making spaces. I am particularly interested in how institutions can better respond to student needs and create more transparent and inclusive systems. I hope to continue building on these experiences through further involvement in governance and public service, with the long-term goal of pursuing a career in international relations and law.
