Re: Presidential Search - Update
I am writing with a brief update on the Presidential Search process. The nomination period closed on November 17. I would like to thank all those who took the time to nominate potential candidates. The Committee is grateful for the thoughtful input on individuals whom you feel should be considered.
Working closely with our search consultants, Perret Laver, the Committee will now begin the process of considering the names before it. Each potential candidate will be assessed relative to the Position Description that was developed based on the input received through the consultation process. At the appropriate juncture a short list of candidates will be invited to meet with the Committee. We anticipate that we will bring forward a recommendation for the appointment in the spring.
