Ms Dorinda So is a passionate advocate for students and youth, particularly in the Scarborough community. After graduating as one of the only students to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a double major in Management and Political Science from the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) in 2009, she went on to earn a Master of Arts in Socio-Legal Studies from York University in 2011. Since then, she has been an active alumni volunteer with UTSC in response to her overwhelmingly positive undergraduate experience. She currently serves as the Past President of the University of Toronto Scarborough Alumni Association. Ms So is the Executive Director of pointA, a sustainable transportation organization and is the Co-Founder of The Canadian Cluster Studio, an organization dedicated to ensuring Canada's business and economic resilience through cluster management.
