Your diploma is a special scroll of paper embossed with the name, crest and seal of the University of Toronto and the signatures of senior officials of the University. It also includes your name, the date, and your degree.
If you have RSVP’d and attend your convocation ceremony, you will receive your diploma at the ceremony. If you do not attend Convocation then you may obtain your diploma in person at the Office of Convocation or make arrangements to have it delivered to you (please see question 10 of our Frequently Asked Questions).
The Office of Convocation will hold your diploma for one year following the date of Convocation.
If you lose your diploma, you can get it replaced for a fee of $80 payable to the University of Toronto.
