Your Diploma (Parchment)

HOLIDAY CLOSURE - SERVICE IMPACT

The Office of Convocation will be closed for the Seasonal Holidays from December 24, 2024 to January 6, 2025.

The last day to order Diploma Delivery or Replacement before this closure is December 17, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

The last day to order a Certification of Degree is December 18, 2024 at 12 p.m. (noon).

Your diploma is a special scroll of paper embossed with the name, crest and seal of the University of Toronto and the signatures of senior officials of the University. It also includes your name, the date, and your degree.

If you have RSVP'd to attend your ceremony, you will receive your diploma at the ceremony. If you do not attend Convocation then you may obtain your diploma in person at the Office of Convocation or you may make arrangements to have it delivered to you. Please note that the Office of Convocation is now open for in-person pickups by appointment only.

The Office of Convocation will hold your diploma for one year following the date of Convocation.
