Your UTM Agenda Committee reports that it held a virtual meeting on January 13, 2025, with the following members present:

- Chair’s Remarks
The Chair welcomed members to the cycle three meeting of the Committee.
At the invitation of the Chair, the Deputy Returning Officer, Cindy Ferencz-Hammond, provided an update on the governance elections process. Ms Ferencz Hammond updated the committee on the available governance positions and noted that the nominations period, which began with a call for nominations on January 7, 2025, would close on January 16, 2025. Candidates would be announced on January 21, 2025. - Agenda for the Meeting of the UTM Campus Council
The Committee discussed and approved the agenda for the UTM Campus Council meeting scheduled for January 21, 2025. -
Date of Next Meeting – February 24, 2025, 3:10 p.m.
The Chair reminded members of the date of the next meeting. - Report of the Previous Meeting: Report 68 – November 4, 2024
The report of the previous meeting was approved. - Other Business
