The Chair welcomed members to the first meeting of the new year and proceeded directly to the agenda items.

The Chair noted that prior to the Committee’s meeting there had been a need, because of time constraints, to consider an academic administrative appointment by means of electronic ballot. He read the resolution of December 18, 2023
