Mandy (Songman) Liao is a Senior Property Officer at Metrolinx, where she facilitates property acquisition for transit projects across Ontario. Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders, she ensures the seamless execution of closing, documentation, and transition processes. With several years of experience in real estate, Mandy brings expertise in navigating real estate transactions to her role. Mandy completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree (with high distinction) from the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC), majoring in psychology and engaging in cooperative education. She also holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) designation and various certifications in real estate, including the Harvard Real Estate Investment Certificate, the Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification, and the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist designation, among others. In addition to her professional achievements, Mandy has experience as a student peer coach and mentor. This background brings valuable insight to her Community Member role on the UTSC Campus Council, where she is dedicated to serving the UTSC community.
