B.i.3(a) of the Code – forgery – Student altered letter of enrollment and submitted altered letter in support of a rental application – A letter of enrollment constitutes an academic record for the purpose of s. B.i.3(a) – finding of guilt – extenuating circumstances present – Act of forgery was undertaken in desperation for a lack of housing.
