    The Chair welcomed members and guests and thanked them for their attendance.
  2. Review of the Academic Board Agenda for May 23, 2024

    The Committee reviewed and confirmed the agenda for the last meeting of the Academic Board for the governance year, scheduled for May 23, 2024.
  3. Approval of the Report of the Previous Meeting

    Report 305 from the meeting of April 11, 2024 was approved.
  4. Business Arising from the Report of the Previous Meeting

    There was no business arising from the Report of the Previous Meeting.
  5. Date of the Next Meeting – May 28, 2024

    The Chair advised members that the Committee would meet next on May 28, 2024 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.
  6. Other Business
