Mr. Arjun Singh Yanglem is a U of T International Scholar Award and a UTSC Scholar Award recipient, double majoring in Public Policy and Psychology with a minor in City Studies. He is the Engagement Coordinator for NATO Canada and a Liaison for UTSC’s Department of Athletics & Recreation.  

His focus has been steadfast on these spheres, namely: Ethics, Inclusivity, Community Service, & Student-Wellness, while selflessly dedicating himself to volunteering for the growth and enhancement of the UTSC Community. As an active student leader, he has enthused a lot of passion to several clubs, committees, and initiatives such as being the Founder-President: Dialogues at 1265, Brigade President: UofT Global Brigades, VP External: Co-Op Students’ Association, VP Outreach: COBWEB, 2nd-Year Representative: Geography & City Studies Association, Lead Relations: TEDxUTSC, Director of Events: ACE UTSC, Campus Connector: Health & Wellness Center, Publications Associate: UofT Policython and a Research Assistant. He is currently serving as the undergraduate representative on the UTSC Campus Council, UTSC Campus Affairs Committee, Hart House’s Board of Stewards, The Varsity’s Board of Directors, UTSC Library, UTSC’s Office of Admissions & Student Recruitment, Scarborough Campus Students’ Union and the University Complaint and Resolution Council. He has previously served on UTSC’s Student Housing Advisory Committee, UTSC’s Council of Student Services, and UTSC’s Living Learning Community.
