Your Committee reports that it met virtually on September 23, 2021 at 1:10 p.m., with the following members present:

- Chair’s Remarks
The Chair, Grace Westcott, welcomed members to the Agenda Committee meeting.
- Agenda for the Meeting of the UTSC Campus Council, October 7, 2021
The Committee and guests discussed the draft agenda for the UTSC Campus Council meeting on October 7, 2021. The Committee confirmed the agenda for October 7, 2021.
- Appointments: 2021-2022 UTSC Nominating Committee
The Chair reported that on September 1, 2021, the UTSC Secretariat sent out a Call for Nominations for one additional student and one additional teaching staff member of the UTSC Campus Council to serve on the UTSC Agenda Committee when it acted as a nominating committee. Three nominations were received (i.e. two student nominations and one teaching staff nomination). If appointed, both nominees had indicated a willingness to serve on the Nominating Committee.
On motion duly made, seconded, and carried,
YOUR COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS,
THAT Professor George Cree and Ms. Michelle Ramnaraine be appointed to serve on the UTSC Agenda Committee when the Committee serves as a nominating committee of the UTSC Campus Council for the 2021-22 governance year.

The report of the previous meeting was approved.
- Date of the Next Meeting - Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 3:10 p.m.
The Chair reminded members that the next scheduled meeting of the UTSC Agenda Committee was on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 3:10 p.m.
