Your Committee reports that it held a meeting on February 27, 2023 at 3:10 p.m. via a virtual meeting (Zoom), at which the following were present:

  1. Chair’s Remarks  

    The Chair welcomed members to the third meeting of the Agenda Committee for the academic year. She invited Anwar Kazimi, Chief Returning Officer to deliver an update on elections.
     
  2.  Agenda for the Meeting of the UTSC Campus Council 

    The Committee discussed and approved the agenda for the UTSC Campus Council meeting scheduled for March 8, 2023.
     
  3. Report of the Previous Meeting: Report 56 – January 16, 2023. 

    The report of the previous meeting was approved.  
     
  4. Date of Next Meeting – April 11, 2023, 3:10 p.m.  
     
  5. Other Business  

    There were no items of other business.  

     

    The meeting adjourned at 3:50 p.m.
