Your Committee reports that it held a meeting on January 16, 2023 at 3:10 p.m. via a virtual meeting (Zoom), at which the following were present:

  1. Chair’s Remarks  

    The Chair welcomed members to the third meeting of the Agenda Committee for the academic year. She invited Lydia Gill, Deputy Returning Officer to deliver an update on elections. Members were reminded that the nomination period would close on January 19, 2023.
     
  2.  Agenda for the Meeting of the UTSC Campus Council

    The Committee discussed and approved the agenda for the UTSC Campus Council meeting scheduled for January 25, 2023. 
     
  3. Report of the Previous Meeting: Report 55 – November 2, 2023. 
    The report of the previous meeting was approved.  
     
  4. Date of Next Meeting – February 27, 2023, 3:10 p.m. 
     
  5. Other Business  

    There were no items of other business.  

The meeting adjourned at 3:53 p.m.
