   The Chair welcomed members and thanked them for their time.  He identified the Committee had two items of business to conduct. 
    
2. Approval of the Report of the Previous Meeting
   
   Report 277 from the meeting of May 18, 2021, was approved. 
    
3. Business Arising from the Report of the Previous Meeting
   
   There was no business arising from the Report of the previous meeting
    
4. Date of the Next Meeting – Wednesday, June 23, 2021
   
   The Chair stated that the final meeting would be held on June 23, 2021, from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. 
    
5. Other Business
   
   There were no items of other business.
