- Chair’s Remarks
The Chair welcomed members and guests to the meeting and thanked them for their attendance.
- Academic Board – Review and Approval of Agenda – Thursday, May 27, 2021
The Committee reviewed and confirmed the agenda for the last meeting of the Academic Board for the 2019-2020 governance year, scheduled for May 27, 2021. It was decided that the Provost’s report would include a presentation from Steven Bailey, Director, Academic + Campus Events (ACE), on the ‘Transforming the Instructional Leadership’ (TIL) pilot aimed at assisting instructors navigate the online learning environment and improve their online teaching.
- Approval of the Reports of the Previous Meetings
Report 275 from the Committee’s meeting on April 20, 2021, and Report 276 from the Special Meeting held May 7, 2021 were approved.
- Business Arising from the Reports of the Previous Meetings
There was no business arising from the Reports of the previous meetings.
- Date of the Next Meeting – May 31, 2021
The Chair stated that the next meeting would be held on May 31, 2021, from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.
