Ms Roddau has spent the past 20 years acquiring experience in leadership, career management, community engagement and business development strategies. She is the President of PCPI, a not-for-profit business focused organization that helps people reach their full potential. Over these years, Ms Rodddau has worked with diverse business cultures as well as, various levels of government, small and large communities acquiring solid experiences that have honed a comfort level in working within a variety of environments. She has also been providing leadership for the well-known Annual Internationally Educated Professional Conference (IEP Conference) as Chair for the past 10 years. Past community roles included, spearheading a service provider network that brings together service providers to share best practices and to work collaboratively addressing issues within the sector. In addition, collaborating with Service Canada to have a coordinated approach to engaging Service Providers and EI recipients in their service delivery. Co-chairing the Inclusive Economy Network (ILEN) a community lead committee that prescribes a collective approach in responding to the changing needs of residents and businesses in the Kingston-Galloway/Orton Park and Mornelle Court area. As well, a member of the Cross Community Organizing (CCO) team working collaboratively to increase opportunities for youth to engage in and influence programs, and services opportunities in KGO. Besides being a graduate of U of T, Ms Roddau also holds a Certificate from OISE and several psychometric assessment tool certifications.
