Your appeal has to be filed with the ADFG Office by the 90th calendar day from the decision of your Division's final appeal body.
Please use the tool below to calculate the final date to file an appeal.

If the decision was not made available to you until a date following the date of the decision, and you have proof of the later date on which the decision was made available, then you may contact our office to discuss the applicable deadline for your academic appeal.

If the 90th calendar day falls on a holiday or weekend, you may file your appeal by 5:00 p.m. the next business day. Note that the Appeal Calculator will automatically select the next business day as your appeal deadline date if your deadline would otherwise fall on a holiday or weekend.
