Vaibhav Kaushal is an Honours BA student at the University of Toronto Mississauga, pursuing a Specialist in Criminology, Law & Society, alongside a major in Political Science, a minor in Sociology, and a Certificate in Politics, Law and Social Justice. His interests focus on governance, public policy, and fostering inclusive communities.

He brings experience in public service, research, and student engagement. Through his work in a federal constituency office, he supported constituent casework and community outreach, gaining insight into how individuals navigate government systems. As a Well-Being and Belonging Ambassador at UTM, he contributes to initiatives that promote mental health and inclusion across campus.

Vaibhav is also active in student organizations, supporting partnerships and events that connect students with professionals and policymakers. He has worked as a research assistant and remains engaged in community outreach and mentorship. He plans to pursue a career in public policy and governance, with a focus on building accessible and inclusive institutions.
