Christine Esteban, CPA, CGA, is the Interim Executive Director, Budget, Finance and Business Services at the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM). She brings over 20 years of experience in financial management across the post-secondary sector and global professional services, including roles at UTM, Mohawk College, Humber Polytechnic, Accenture, and KPMG.

She is responsible for strategic financial planning, budget oversight, and resource allocation in support of institutional priorities. Her portfolio includes financial operations, procurement, and ancillary services for a large, complex academic environment. She regularly provides financial analysis and advice to senior leadership and governance bodies.

Christine is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) with expertise in financial planning and analysis, risk management, and internal controls.
