As a friend or family member of one of our 2020-2021 graduates, the University of Toronto welcomes you.
Celebrations are held in Convocation Hall at 31 King's College Circle located 2 blocks west of University Avenue, 1 block north off College Street. Please visit our Getting to Campus page for important information on traffic delays.
Doors open 1 hour prior to the celebration start time.
Each celebration will last approximately 60-75 minutes, and consists of a procession, welcoming remarks, presentation of graduates, closing remarks, the singing of O Canada, and a formal recessional.
You will need tickets to attend the celebration. Seating in Convocation Hall is limited.
Because there is no reserved seating, we recommend that guests arrive early and are seated 20 minutes prior to the start of the celebration to guarantee seating.
The graduate online RSVP and ticket system is only available for a set time period. It will be available from November 2 to November 17 at 11.59 p.m. (ET), 2022, only.
Please note that there is no charge for guest tickets.
The graduate procession begins approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of each celebration. You are welcome to photograph your graduate at any time from your seat. We ask that guests remain in their seat while taking photographs.
