It has been one year since your graduation and your diploma is now scheduled to be destroyed on February 6, 2020. You may still claim your diploma prior to this date by choosing one of the options listed below.
If your original diploma remains unclaimed and is subsequently destroyed, a fee will apply to reissue your diploma.

Did you owe fees at graduation? If your diploma was withheld at graduation, by your faculty/division for an outstanding financial obligation which you have since cleared, please contact our office to confirm that a release letter was sent from your Registrar to our office.

Holiday Closures: The University, including our office, will be closed from December 23, 2019 until January 4, 2020 for the Seasonal Holiday.
